Beginner Yoga
An introduction to yoga focusing on breathing techniques and correct alignment. This class is designed to give you the foundation needed to help support you without worry as you move into a regular yoga flow setting. All levels are welcome.

Calling all BINGO PLAYERS!! Come join us for 10 Games of Bingo at the Forks Township Community Center. There will be prizes up for grabs! All materials will be supplied for you. It is FREE to play, but you must pre-register!

Cardio Drumming (18 & Up)
Cardio Drumming is a brain and body fitness class which combines rhythmical drumming and movement. Each class is uniquely designed to energize and motivate your fitness routine with fitness balls and drumsticks. No experience required – come join the fun!

Meet Me in the Kitchen (Open Pickleball)
Get your friends together and come out to try your hand at Pickleball. Pickleball combines tennis, badminton, and ping pong for a fun game. It is played with a perforated plastic baseball-sized ball and composite paddles.
The game is easy for beginners to learn but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players. The courts are a first-come first-served basis and cannot be reserved during open Pickleball timeframes.
When: Monday, Wednesday, & Friday
Session 1 Time: 8:30 am-10:30 am. (M, W, & F)
Session 2 Time: 11:00 am - 1:00 pm (M, W, & F)
Session 3 Time: 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm (W)
Cost: $7 walk-in Resident/$10 walk-in Non-Resident (Silver and Fit, FitOn Health, Renew Active, and Tivity Silver Sneaker programs accepted for one session/day)

Old Timers Basketball (Ages 55+)
Join other like minded individuals this Fall/Winter playing pick-up basketball in the Forks Township Community Center.
When: Tiuesdays & Thursdays
Time: 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Cost: $7.00 Walk-In Residents, $10 Non-residents (Memberships and Silver Sneakers accepted)
Pickleball Lessons (18&Up)
Learn the rules and how to play from an experienced instructor. Equipment is encouraged, but not necessary. Pickleball is a great activity to stay active, socialize, and fulfill the need for healthy competition.

Silver Sneakers Boom
Do you like fast-paced challenging workouts? BOOM was developed by leading fitness experts to improve strength, flexibility and endurance. These classes will challenge you, but don’t worry: One handed pushups aren’t required.
When: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Time: 10:30 am-11:15 am.
Cost: Free for silver sneaker members, $7 walk-in if not a member.
Silver Sneakers Classic
Classic is a low-impact training suitable for all fitness levels. This workout includes fall prevention drills and exercises to improve strength and endurance. A chair and handheld weights or tubing are recommended. Classes will last approximately 45-minutes. All classes are taught by a certified instructor.
When: Wednesdays & Fridays
Time: 10:30 am-11:15 am.
Cost: Free for silver sneaker members, $7 walk-in if not a member.
Silver Sneakers Yoga
Relieve stress with seated and standing poses to improve balance and flexibility. This class is great for the beginner to intermediate levels. Different poses can be adjusted to keep you safe and challenged.
Classes will last approximately 45-minutes. All classes are taught by a certified instructor.
When: Mondays
Time: 10:30 am-11:15 am.
Cost: Free for silver sneaker members, $7 walk-in if not a member.
Yoga Flow
In this class we will link breath to mind-full movement in a flowing sequence of seated, standing and balancing postures building heat, strength and flexibility.
Instructors' teaching style leans heavily toward Iyengar style yoga more than other styles. Iyengar practice focuses on the pranayama: linking movement to breath along with utilizing props for an all levels experience. Instructors use bolsters, blankets, yoga straps and blocks to achieve the full experience of the poses while minimizing the risk of injury.
Please bring a yoga mat, a towel, and a water bottle.
