Adult Tennis Bootcamp
You are never too old to play tennis and never too old to start. Grips, footwork, forehand and backhand groundstrokes, volleys and serve will be introduced. Participants will also focus on coordinating movement and balance, hitting the ball with purpose and direction, and improve skill level through strengthening of the fundamentals. All levels welcome!

Beginner Yoga
An introduction to yoga focusing on breathing techniques and correct alignment. This class is designed to give you the foundation needed to help support you without worry as you move into a regular yoga flow setting. All levels are welcome.

Jazzercise
Forks Township Jazzercise offers group fitness classes for all levels. Our classes incorporate dance cardio with strength training to sculpt and tone your muscles in the ultimate full-body workout. Whether you're looking for physical results or a way to relieve stress and FEEL your best, our instructors will guide you every step of the way in your wellness journey!

Curriculum based class (Belt tests required for advancement)

Indoor Pickleball
Get your friends together and come out to try your hand at Pickleball.
Pickleball combines tennis, badminton and ping pong for a fun game. It is played with a perforated plastic baseball sized ball and composite paddles. The game is easy for beginners to learn but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players.
The courts are available on a first come first serve basis and cannot be reserved during open Pickleball timeframes.

Line Dancing
Did you ever want to learn how to Line Dance? You will start with the basic steps and she will teach you how they all go together to make a dance. You will dance to all different genres of music. Grab a friend or come alone, it is great way to exercise. Wear your boots or sneakers!

Pickleball Lessons
Join the craze and find out what pickleball is all about! Learn the rules, regulation, and how to play from a certified instructor.
Lessons include an hour of instruction followed by a hour of structured game play. Equipment is encouraged, but not necessary.
Sign up by yourself or learn with a friend.
Pickleball is a great activity to stay active, socialize, and fulfil the need for healthy competition. Lessons will be held indoors in the Forks Community Center. Must be 18 years of age or older.

Pilates
This class teaches exercises that help strengthen and lengthen the core muscles with help from learning the Pilates breath. We will target all your muscles and help with balance, tension reliever and work within the limits of your body. Modifications and progressions will be introduced for the class. Pilates rings provided for those who would like to try them. You will need to bring a mat for this class.

Pilates Fusion
Add a little kick to your workout with an aerobic warm up getting the heart rate going. Then we will stretch and incorporate Pilates to help with stretching the muscles and core work.

Yoga Flow
In this class, we will link breath to mindful movement in a flowing sequence of seated, standing and balancing postures building heat, strength and flexibility.
Instructors teaching style leans heavily toward Iyengar style yoga more than other styles. Iyengar practice focuses on the pranayama: linking movement to breath. Instructors also utilize props for an all levels experience, using bolsters, blankets, yoga straps and blocks to achieve the full experience of the poses while minimizing the risk of injury.
Please bring a yoga mat, a towel, and a water bottle.
