A Vinyasa flow designed to streghten and build your core from the inside out. Please bring a yoga mat, a towel, and a water bottle.
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. Within this class we will flow through a sequence of seated poses, standing supported stretches and using our mat for some reclined postures followed by final relaxation. This 45-minute session in time will leave you with increased flexibility, better body balance, improved posture and a relaxed and clear mind. Please note: we need a minimum of five participants to run the class. Walk-ins will be accepted if our minimum participants are reached. Bring your own mat.
Vinyasa - "breath synchronized movement". We will use flowing sequences and sun salutations to warm up the body to reach new levels of strength, power, flexibility and peace in our poses and practice. Work and sweat through "moving meditation" followed by guided relaxation. All levels welcome.
Zumba Gold is a fitness program designed especially for the active older adult, the beginner participant, and other special populations that may need modifications for success. Dress in comfortable work-out clothes, sneakers, bring a bottle of water and prepare to have fun Zumba style!
