Adult Tennis Bootcamp (16- up)

You are never too old to play tennis and never too old to start. For the new player: Grips, footwork, forehand and backhand ground strokes, volleys and serve will be introduced. Participants will also focus on coordinating movement and balance, hitting the ball with purpose and direction, and improve skill level through strengthening of the fundamentals. For the advance player: cardio tennis, high intensity drills, live and dead ball feeds, top-spin/slice and more.

Intermediate Adult Tennis Bootcamp (16- up)

Once you have progressed out of the Beginner’s class or you have played tennis you can enroll into our Intermediate classes. Cardio tennis, high intensity drills, live and dead ball feed, top-spin/slice and more will be incorporated into this class. You will leave this class with more skills and in better shape to play simple matches whenever you choose.

Jazzercise

The workout program, which offers a fusion of jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, and kickboxing movements, has positively affected millions of people worldwide. Benefits include increased cardiovascular endurance, strength, and flexibility, as well as an overall "feel good" factor. Every 60-minute class includes a gentle warm up, 30-minute aerobic workout, muscle toning and strengthening segment with weights, and a stretch finale. All ages and fitness abilities are welcomed.

Joining Fee: There is a non-refundable fee of $35 for all new customers and customers who have been inactive for more than three months.

Tabata Interval Training with Erin

Get moving with the hot trend of High-Intensity Interval Training or HIIT as it’s better known. The Tabata workout protocol has both fitness and weight-loss benefits. This class includes 7 rounds of 4 minute Tabatas. Each Tabata involves working for 20 seconds immediately followed by resting for 10 seconds for a total of 8 rounds. Join me for this heart pumping yet fun class!

Introductory Tai Chi (18 and up)

Yang Style Tai Chi is the most popular in the world and it is practiced by millions of people everyday. By practicing Tai Chi you relax the mind and the body deeply which is the key to improving and maintain your health. Slow and deep breathing during Tai Chi will increase your lung capacity and oxygen intake and help move your internal chi throughout your entire body. Also, helps in creating healthier breathing habits. Regular practice will benefit your strength, flexibility, bone density and muscle mass.

Guang Ping Yang 64 Movement (18 and up)

The Guang Ping Yang Tai Chi Chuan or Long Form is the missing link from the Chen Family Style Forms and the Yang Family forms more commonly seen today. The form you will learn is meditative in movement and designed to massage internal organs.Also to give flexibility to the spine, create a better sense of balance, stretch tendons and tone muscles in the arms and legs. Tai Chi Chuan introduces the concept of balanced flowing movements. When practiced regularly Tai Chi Chuan institutes a daily program of exercise which is also cardiovascular in nature. Tai Chi for health impoves balance and coordination, provides suppleness and agility, stretches and streghtens the body, circulates the body's internal energy, and calms the spirit.'

Yoga Flow

Vinyasa - "breath synchronized movement". We will use flowing sequences and sun salutations to warm up the body to reach new levels of strength, power, flexibility and peace in our poses and practice. Work and sweat through "moving meditation" followed by guided relaxation. All levels welcome.

Beginner Yoga

A Vinyasa flow designed to streghten and build your core from the inside out. Please bring a yoga mat, a towel, and a water bottle.

Zumba

It's a Zumba Party! If you are looking to switch up your fitness routine while toning your entire body, dancing may be just the workout for you! Zumba dance has become one of the BEST ways to burn off excess body fat. Zumba is adaptable for everyone, every age group, and both sexes. Zumba is a fusion of both dance and aerobics exercise. It is a favorite way to blast calories while dancing to simple, repeated choreographed steps with Latin Rhythm beats.

No one under the age of 12 may take the class. Young adults ages 12-16 must be accompanied by an adult, pay the $5.00 class fee, have a waiver signed by their parent/guardian, and must dance alongside their parent/guardian.



Zumba Gold

Zumba Gold is a fitness program designed especially for the active older adult, the beginner participant, and other special populations that may need modifications for success. Dress in comfortable work-out clothes, sneakers, bring a bottle of water and prepare to have fun Zumba style!
