You are never too old to play tennis and never too old to start. For the new player: Grips, footwork, forehand and backhand ground strokes, volleys and serve will be introduced. Participants will also focus on coordinating movement and balance, hitting the ball with purpose and direction, and improve skill level through strengthening of the fundamentals. For the advance player: cardio tennis, high intensity drills, live and dead ball feeds, top-spin/slice and more.
Once you have progressed out of the Beginner’s class or you have played tennis you can enroll into our Intermediate classes. Cardio tennis, high intensity drills, live and dead ball feed, top-spin/slice and more will be incorporated into this class. You will leave this class with more skills and in better shape to play simple matches whenever you choose.
The workout program, which offers a fusion of jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, and kickboxing movements, has positively affected millions of people worldwide. No one under the age of 12 may take the class. Young adults ages 12-16 must be accompanied by an adult, pay the $5.00 class fee, have a waiver signed by their parent/guardian, and must dance alongside their parent/guardian.
