You are never too old to play tennis and never too old to start. For the new player: Grips, footwork, forehand and backhand ground strokes, volleys and serve will be introduced. Participants will also focus on coordinating movement and balance, hitting the ball with purpose and direction, and improve skill level through strengthening of the fundamentals. For the advance player: cardio tennis, high intensity drills, live and dead ball feeds, top-spin/slice and more.
Once you have progressed out of the Beginner’s class or you have played tennis you can enroll into our Intermediate classes. Cardio tennis, high intensity drills, live and dead ball feed, top-spin/slice and more will be incorporated into this class. You will leave this class with more skills and in better shape to play simple matches whenever you choose.
This class combines traditional callisthenic body weight exercises with interval training for a fully body workout suitable for those from all fitness backgrounds.
This is a circuit style class with focus on the glutes, abs, and core. By combining balance and isometric training with targeted exercises of the glutes, abs, and core, trainees will gain strength and firm the targeted areas. Please bring your own yoga mat.
This class is a high intensity interval training workout that uses the "old school" Step as a prop to achieve maximum work capacity. HIITs Blitz is designed as a next level training program to target your anaerobic system in a fun and efficient way. This class is a boredom buster and safe for intermediate exercisers. The workout program, which offers a fusion of jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, and kickboxing movements, has positively affected millions of people worldwide.
